We ONLY give store credit for returns. Items must be recieved within 14 days of the delivery date as indicated by USPS with ORIGINAL TAGS STILL ATTACHED. Items that appear worn/washed, have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, deodorant or other odors, have animal hair or have been damaged by you will not be accepted. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
Return shipping on all non-defective items are the customers responsibility. We recommend sending the item(s) back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in-transit.
If the return does not meet the above guidelines or is not received within 14 days of the delivery date posted by USPS, a store credit will not be applied.
Shipping- You are responsible for the cost of shipping your items back to you us.
